Management reporting you can read
A short pack each month, prepared from reconciled books. It shows what you earned, what it cost, what is left, and where the cash went.
Revenue
What you invoiced in the month, split the way you think about the business: by service, product line, location or client.
Cost of sales
The direct cost of delivering that revenue. Materials, stock, subcontractors and platform fees sit here, not in overheads.
Gross profit
What each sale actually contributes. If this margin moves, the report says why.
Overheads
The cost of running the business whether you sell or not, grouped into a few lines you can act on.
Net profit
What the month earned, compared with budget and with the same month last year, with a note on anything unusual.

I worked with Arya on budget-versus-actual analysis and financial reporting. She organised the figures clearly and highlighted the key differences between budgeted and actual performance. Her reports were well-structured and easy to understand, making it much simpler to review the financials. I appreciated her attention to detail and would highly recommend her for financial reporting and analysis.
